Tenant provider keys

Store a customer's API key, then apply to publish <tenant>-<alias> on the gateway.

Add / rotate a key

Keys go straight to AWS Secrets Manager — they are never shown again after saving. Changes only reach the gateway when you press Apply config (≈40s restart).
